Just a reminder to please take note of the times and dates for our end of the year events since some may have changed from the original calendar.   A reminder that shorts may be worn beginning on Thursday, May 1.

Grandparent Day

Tomorrow, we will hold our annual Grandparent Day.  Families are invited to join us for Mass at 12:30 PM.  After Mass, we will meet in the Parish Center for a short musical program by grades K-5 and have refreshments.  No students will be released before their regular dismissal time.  Just a reminder, that our Spring Book Fair will be open before and after our Mass and program to purchase books and materials.

SHS Auction – A Night on the Town

Just a reminder, the SHS Auction is Saturday, April 26 at 6:30 PM in the Parish Center.  Come and support the school at this fun event which is an integral part of our development program.  I want to thank everyone on the planning committees and all those who will work at and attend on Saturday.     

Home & School Association

The next Home & School Association meeting will be Tuesday, April 29 at 7:00 PM in the Parish Center.

First Communion

First Communion for this year’s second grade will be this Saturday, May 3 at 12:00 PM.  Please keep the second grade students in your prayers.  The First Communion all-school Mass will be held on Monday, May 5 at 8:00 AM.  This will take the place of our regular Mass on Wednesday.  Following Monday’s Mass, the First Communicants will meet for breakfast in the Parish Center and will be dismissed for the day after breakfast.   

Track and Field Days

The annual track and field days for grades 1-4 will be held on the following days:

Grades 1 & 2 – Thursday, May 8 at 9:00 AM (Rain Date:  Thursday, May 15)

Grades 3 &4 – Thursday, May 8 at 12:15 PM (Rain Date:  Thursday, May 15)

Parents are welcome.

Athletic Association

The next Athletic Association meeting will be Thursday, May 15 at 7:00 PM in the Parish Center.  Mark your calendar, the Morello Golf Outing is scheduled for May 17.   

State Transportation Reimbursement

Please stop by the school office to fill out the forms for the State Transportation Reimbursement program.  If you have any questions about the program, please contact the office.
