Gift certificates and debit cards purchased through "Manna" are worth the face value. The

vendors listed have agreed to donate a percentage to the school. The school has agreed to

pass on a percentage to families, which is used as a credit toward tuition.

By purchasing these certificates, you can help lower your tuition bills without spending any extra cash!

Please fill in the top portion completely. Write the DOLLAR amount on the line to the left of the

certificate you would like. Write in the total $ on the TOTAL line, and the amount of the check in the

CHECK ENCLOSED line. If you are redeeming any credit, please write that amount.

Mark hold or send with grade of student on order form and envelope. Orders not marked will

automatically be held for pick up whether there is a disclaimer on file or not. Orders marked send that

we do not have a disclaimer on file will be held for pick up.

Sorry, we cannot accept third party checks or cash. Only the party ordering manna can write the

check.

Orders will be sent home on Wednesday with students if marked send with student. Otherwise

orders will be ready for pickup after 8am on Wednesdays from the school office.

Credit balances are not redeemable for cash and will only be applied toward tuition. Credits will

be issued approximately 3 times a year.

If there is no school on Monday there is no Manna for that week.
